The choices made for the prime glyphs generally speak for themselves. The only choice that might possibly seem strange is keeping Glyph of Raise Dead for AoE. Dark Transformation gives your ghoul cleave however, increasing the value of the glyph.

The major glyphs are obvious is how they are beneficial. The do all seem to be rather weak however and that is because there are simply no stand out choices for an unholy spec.

Minor glyphs are always going to be more flavor than substance, though a few might be able to tempt you. Glyph of Death's Embrace will be handy if you ever want to heal your pet up. Glyph of Path of Frost might get a chance to shine in those fights that have fall damage, though you mileage on this one may vary consderably depending on the fight.
