The Disease System
The disease system is actually rather simple, though at first it may look rather complicated.
You have two diseases; Blood Plague and Frost Fever. These diseases are applied by Plague Strike and Icy Touch respectively. These diseases will do two things. The first is they will damage the target as long as they are active. The second is that they will buff many attacks.
The focus on disease use then becomes the application of diseases by use of Icy Touch and Plague Strike (or Outbreak at higher levels), followed by the use of abilities that benefit from attacking diseased targets, such as Obliterate.
